The Europe Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is a digital system designed by the EU that will track visitors from countries that are not currently required to use visa for entry into the Schengen Area. ETIAS France will protect the safety and security of visitors and citizens of each country by reviewing papers submitted as part of the application and then checking the information provided with existing databases. This will function similarly to the system currenting in place in the United States (ESTA). ETIAS clearance will be require for U.S. citizens traveling to France and other Schengen nations starting in 2024. It works in a similar manner to the eVisa system of the United States, also known as ESTA (Electronic System for travel Authorization). ETIAS France Application will be required by UK citizens to travel to Spain and other Schengen nations starting in 2024. This was done to protect the public. The EU wants illegal travellers and terrorists to stay away from its countries. ETIAS Visa Waiver for France will be a Requirement
Starting in 2024, ETIAS forms will be required for visiting France for citizens of 60 countries that are currently visa-exempt, including the United States. ETIAS for France will conduct a security check on all applicants to determine whether or not they are permitted to enter the Schengen Area, and it will track visitors and update traveler data from the U.S., allowing approved travelers to freely visit the EU for the following three months.
CITIZENS OF VISA-EXEMPT COUNTRIES
The EU currently has visa-free travel agreements with 60 countries worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the United States. Residents of these countries are not currently required to have a visa for travel. Starting in 2024, they will need an approved ETIAS application to enter Schengen countries.
SHORT TERM TRAVELERS (UP TO 90 DAYS)
ETIAS Visa Waiver for France will be used for short-term trips lasting no more than 90 days. If a traveler wishes to stay in a Schengen country for more than 90 days, he or she will have to register for a Visa or a Resident Permit.
MINORS
Children are not exempt from ETIAS Visa Waiver for France requirements. Before traveling to any Schengen country, they must apply for travel permission. A minor’s registration form should be completed by his or her parent or legal guardian.

The form will take about 10 minutes to complete and involves only a few simple steps. All information for the ETIAS Visa Waiver for France application should be supplied online. Several pieces of personal data will be required for approval, including:

What Documents Do I Need?
ETIAS Visa Waiver for France does not require much paperwork, and it will request a valid biometric passport for the application procedure. The system will only accept the document if it contains both a passport and a digital photograph.
More supporting documents may be required if the system decides that the provided data is inadequate for certifying an applicant after manual processing. A list of required papers will be sent to the applicant at the email address provided on the registration form. An applicant may be examined if the records do not indicate the information’s validity, authenticity, or relevance.
